The VPN, called IPREDator, will launch at the same time a controversial new anti-piracy law takes hold in Sweden. The law is called the Intellectual Property Rights Enforcement Directive (IPRED). It’s highly contested because it means that ISPs will have to hand over even more personal customer data to copyright holders.
