Tribute to Frank Helms

The University is collecting toys (Teddy Bears) for area charities.  Frank Helms had an interest in collecting teddy bears.  This year, the Bear Fair would like a special remembrance for Frank Helms.  You can donate a Teddy Bear in Frank’s memory. A memorial service is planned to take place in early January 2011 in the Philips Autograph Library, Philips Hall, West Chester University. His family is deciding on memorial contributions and the details of his memorial service.
