It's that time again, the beginning of a new school year! WCU Libraries is celebrating this time with a new exhibit in Francis Harvey Green Library. The exhibit, located on the second floor elevator lobby, provides students with some history of the town West Chester and the Unversity as well as some local resources. For more information on the history of the University please check out The Centennial History of West Chester State College available online. For local history please check out Dr. Jim Jones' website on Riggtown, to keep up on West Chester town events see the Buisness Improvement District's website or the Borough's website.
The exhibit also maps the lengths the Class of 2015 has travelled to attend West Chester University this fall. Some students have come from across the world, others from across the country to be part of WCU this fall.
We would also like to welcome all students and faculty back to campus. Remember WCU Libraries' staff and librarians are always here to help. Best wishes for a successful fall semester and academic year!
