Sat. 11/7/2009: Possible Interrupted Access to ERES Electronic Reserves and ILLiad Interlibrary Loan Systems

PILOT Library Catalog Unavailable Tuesday 10/20/2009 6 AM - 7 AM

The PILOT Library Catalog will be offline on Tuesday 10/20 starting at 6 AM for about1 hour for hardware maintenance.

All Services to Online Government Documents Restored

The U.S. Government Printing Office reports that all online government document links (PURLs) have been restored.

Online Government Documents Available

Full-text links for online government documents (PURL) in the PILOT Library Catalog via purl.access.gpo.gov are available. 

Please contact the Reference Desk if assistance is needed to access a PURL, as we have not yet received official word that all links have been fixed, however, they appear to be working fine. 

Some Online Government Documents Unavailable (Update)

Update:  Some full-text links for online government documents (PURL) in the PILOT Library Catalog via purl.access.gpo.gov continue to be unavailable. 

Check for an alternative link in each catalog record or contact the Reference Desk for additional assistance.

Due to a temporary government document (PURL) server hardware failure, full text links in the PILOT Library Catalog via purl.access.gpo.gov will not work. 

The government reports the connections will be restored.

The following vendors have notified us that their library databases will be unavailable at the times listed.

PILOT Library Catalog Unavailable Monday 7/17/2009 Midnight - 7:00 AM

PILOT will be unavailable overnight on 7/17/2009 for maintenance at the Hub.

ILLiad Interlibrary Loan Now Available

The ILLiad system is available.  The upgrade is complete.
